The borrower must use the same name and email address provided in their initial inquiry when applying for their loan.

Referral bonuses are exclusively for loans disbursed directly through Feng Capital, not through any broker channels.

Referral bonuses and incentives are awarded only upon the completion of the referee’s first loan and are not valid for any subsequent loans taken by the referred borrower.

Referees will earn a $500 credit for each new borrower they refer who successfully closes a loan with Feng Capital.

A referred borrower is eligible for a single reward and cannot receive multiple incentives for different entities, guarantors, etc. New borrowers will receive a $500 credit that can be applied toward their loan closing costs.
